Questions spa teams ask
Straight answers, before you get in touch.
No — and you can't. Mail reads guest records from your Day Spa Data warehouse, which reads your point of sale. Not there with an opt-in, not on the list.
Next refresh, they leave every audience. Email unsubscribes stop immediately and are kept separately.
Yes — Mail runs on it. Your guests, their consent and what they spend come from your point of sale through Day Spa Data. With Mail, the dashboard is $200 per spa instead of its usual price, on the same invoice.
A subdomain we authenticate for you, or your own domain — we hand your IT contact the records. New domains warm up gradually.
Each spa keeps its own address, timezone, hours and sender name. A campaign goes to all or one; a journey runs per guest.
Both. Journeys come drafted; campaigns start from your templates with your brand applied. An editor, plus an assistant for subject lines and copy.
$450 per spa, per month, with the dashboard: $200 for the dashboard and $250 for Mail. Three spas is three times that. Already on the dashboard? It moves to $200 a spa when you add Mail. Texts are 4¢ each on top. First 14 days free.
Email is unlimited within fair use — a cap so high only somebody mailing the same guests every day would meet it. No overage fees, no credits to buy, nothing to top up.
4¢ a text, billed after the fact on the same invoice, from your own texting line. A text over 160 characters counts as 2; a picture text counts as 3. Texting arrives after email, at no change in price.
